Account Activation for Publishers
After registering as a publisher on TwinRed, your account and website(s) go through a review process before they are approved. This ensures that our network maintains high-quality, compliant publisher traffic for our advertisers.
How Long Does the Review Take?
Publisher website reviews are typically completed within:
- 2 hours during business hours
- Up to 24 hours outside of business hours
If your account has been pending for longer than 24 hours, please follow the steps below.
Steps to Take if Your Account Is Pending
- Check your email: We may have sent a follow-up email requesting additional information. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder for any messages from TwinRed.
- Verify your email address: Make sure you have clicked the verification link sent to you during registration. Unverified email addresses prevent account activation.
- Confirm your website is accessible: Ensure the website you submitted for review is publicly accessible and live. We cannot review sites that are under construction, password-protected, or returning errors.
- Review our publisher requirements: Your website must comply with TwinRed's content policies and traffic quality standards. Sites in prohibited categories or with artificially generated traffic will not be approved.
- Contact our team: If your account is still pending after 24 hours and you have not received communication from us, please contact us at publishers@twinred.com with your registered email address.
Why Might a Publisher Account Be Rejected?
Publisher accounts may be rejected if:
- The website does not have sufficient organic traffic
- The website contains prohibited content categories
- The traffic quality does not meet TwinRed's standards
- The site violates our compliance guidelines
