Account Activation for Advertisers

After registering as an advertiser on TwinRed, your account goes through a brief review process before it is activated. This is a standard step to ensure the quality and compliance of all accounts on our platform.

How Long Does Activation Take?

Advertiser account reviews are typically completed within 1–2 business days. If your account has been pending for longer than this, please check the steps below.

Steps to Take if Your Account Is Pending

  1. Check your email: We may have sent you a follow-up email requesting additional information or clarification. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder for any messages from TwinRed.
  2. Verify your email address: Make sure you have clicked the verification link sent to the email address you registered with. Without email verification, your account cannot be activated.
  3. Ensure your profile is complete: Log in to your account and check that all required profile information has been filled in correctly, including your company name, billing details, and contact information.
  4. Contact our team: If your account is still pending after 2 business days and you have not received any communication from us, please reach out to our support team at advertisers@twinred.com. Include your registered email address so we can locate your account quickly.

Why Might an Account Be Delayed or Rejected?

Account activation may be delayed or rejected if:

  • The information provided during registration is incomplete or inaccurate
  • The account does not meet TwinRed's advertiser compliance requirements
  • The advertiser's business or ad content is in a restricted or prohibited category
