After you sign-up on the TwinRed platform, your account is placed under review. Our Compliance team will verify that your account has all the information required. 

 

If any information is missing, or if your email address has not been verified, your account can stay “Under Review” until you complete the necessary steps.

 

If your account remains unused more than 2 months after you sign-up, or more than 6 months if you already used it in the past, your account will be automatically disabled and set as "Inactive".
