TwinRed Advertisers can place ads under Dynamic CPM, Fixed CPM, and CPC pricing models. You choose your pricing model under "Bids" in campaign settings — Dynamic CPM, Fixed CPM, or CPC. With Dynamic CPM you only pay 10% above the second-highest bid beneath you. Note that CPC is available for selected formats only.
Minimum bids differ by targeted Geos and formats. Contact your Account Manager for guidance.
